Insight Republic is led by Johannes Hartmann.
Johannes learned this craft at Unilever — in the Netherlands on Cup-a-Soup, Blue Band and margarine, then across South-East Asia building a food business and the Knorr brand from a universal truth about the women doing the cooking.
He has worked alongside Clayton Christensen on jobs-to-be-done and Al Ries on positioning, and has seen from the inside exactly how good insight gets wasted when the organisation around it isn’t built to act. That is the problem Insight Republic exists to solve.

The book
From Insight to Conviction
The argument the whole practice is built on: that knowing something was never the hard part, and that conviction — the felt shift that makes a team act — is a discipline, not an accident.
