What we build

Product Design

Beat the product they already use, not the opinion in the room.

From a product idea to a briefing R&D can actually build from — closing the gap between what people need, what would solve it, and the factual product design that gets there.

Beat the product they already use.

Liking an idea isn’t the test. The test is whether it beats the thing already in the cupboard — the solution the person has genuinely chosen. Our technology lets a team prototype and measure against that real benchmark, not against opinion in the room.

The workshop walks everyone through what actually makes or breaks the product, until the team can name the two or three things it has to get right to win — and show that it does.

That test result becomes the brief: experience requirements reviewed, product requirements defined, design options weighed against each one, and all of it brought together into a single document R&D can take forward to assess technical options and build first prototypes.

Across the work we connect the human ability to sense and feel with the power of AI.

Who’s there

R&D, insight and the product’s owners.

Shape

A build-and-test cycle over a few weeks, scope-dependent.

You leave with

A fully worked product brief, and a prototype that measurably beats the incumbent.

Investment

From €5,000 — a starting point, shaped by scope and how many rounds of build-and-test are needed.

A failed afternoon test that would otherwise have killed a good idea — caught, because the benchmark was real.
